Cefazolin 2g loading dose now then 1g Q8.
PGH Intern does:
IV insertion
blood extraction
drug administration
vital signs monitoring
paperworks: clinical abstracts, discharge summaries
first in line at the ER
triaging
pushing stretchers and wheelchairs
chest compressions and ambubagging if patient has no bantay
Anything amiss?
Remorseful? NOT.
